Full Job Description
The Accounts Advisor for Travel will play a crucial role in facilitating the sales process by providing administrative and customer support to the International/Travel Account Managers for our brands Sekonda, Accurist and Limit.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Accounts Advisor will be responsible for processing orders, resolving issues for the International/Travel team, supplying data in a timely fashion and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working in collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operations., Creating and Processing Orders:
- Generate and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle requests for any rush orders promptly and effectively.
- Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records and communication.
- Follow up with customers for administrative purposes, such as updating account information and addressing inquiries.
- Produce and maintain price schedules as requested.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other customer-related issues.
- Stay up to date on all portal-based invoicing processes to ensure prompt payments.
- Liaise with the finance team to address any invoicing issues or discrepancies.
- Complete Product Information Forms (PIF), Product Information Requests (PIR), and complete setup forms for selected models with all watch attributes accurately and within defined timeframes.
- Ensure all relevant watch attributes are included in documentation.
- Actively assist in the planning and delivery of international trade fairs.
- Provide assistance and/or cover for international range changes where required.
- Assist the Accounts Department in resolving any account-related issues for the International/Travel team.
- Handle any required administrative duties for the company and its management teams.
- Support International/Travel team with documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Have a good understanding of terms & documentation for international shipping.
- Provide excellent customer service via email and telephone to both customers and consumers.
Qualification in Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
- Experience of using SAP an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial documentation is a plus.
