Part of your role will be supporting this wider team to ensure our customers, both internal and external, receive the best customer experience possible either over the telephone or face to face at our Civic reception.

As well as supporting the wider team, the key part of the role involves carrying out a range of administrative duties. This means you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in using IT, including both Word and Excel, and possess excellent customer service skills.

St Leger Homes offers a service accessible by external customers between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm.

The successful applicants will work the above working patterns, which are based around the business and customer needs. However, there may be opportunity with flexibility, this would be agreed locally with the line manager ensuring that in all cases business and customer need are met.

The most important thing is having the right attitude and displaying the right behaviours, including being resilient, flexible, and able to handle pressure at our busiest times.
