Contract Manager

We are currently looking for a Contract Manager with Social housing or Facilities management experience. Must have experience of overseeing large portfolios.

The successful person will be responsible for:

• Main point of contact for the client ensuring they are updated on any progress and issues.


• Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with clients and organisation.


• Put together a programme and ensure the projects stay on track to be delivered on time.


• Set, monitor and control SLA's and KPI's seeking opportunities to provide added value across the delivery stakeholders.


• Ensure that all risk relating to SHEQ) safety, health, environment, and quality are effectively managed using RAMS, PPE training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees' client and users.


• Work with mobile teams in planning, implementing, and monitoring the standards of all works relating to the PPM schedule and all reactive works.


• Procurement of materials and sub-contractor selection


• Budget oversight and close working relationship with the commercial team.


• Develop and monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews.
  
  Previous contract management experience and good knowledge of building services and legislation


Extensive experience in compliance

Asbestos awareness

Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and to work as part of a team.
