Commercial Gas Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join forces on a permanent basis with a HVAC specialist, with a 25-year history of providing a professional service to a volume of clients across London and the Southeast.

Commercial Gas Engineer Duties:
- Primary duties to consist of Service, Breakdown and Commissioning of Commercial Heating appliances.
- Duties will also include forming part of an out of hours call out rota.
- Complete reactive visits, including fault find, diagnosis and repair
- Ensure all company requirements in relation to paperwork, time sheets activity sheets and vehicle checks are all adhered to.
- Provide assistance with raising quotations for remedial works and other small projects.
- Liaise with the team to understand customer requirements and communicate in a clear and professional manner.

Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to technically problem solve
- Beneficial but not essential: Commercial Gas Qualified (CoDNCO1, TPCP1(a), ICPN1, CDGA1, CORT1)
- Domestic Gas Qualified (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)

Salary Circa £49,500 per annum DOE
- Flexible working hours Monday - Friday (based on 10-hour day)
- Applicable overtime to be paid after initial 9-hours per day
- 23 days annual holiday per annum (excluding Statutory Bank Holidays) of which 3 days are to be taken between Christmas and New Year due to company shutdown.
