Full Job Description

Work under the guidance of the Production Manager to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.

- Undertake all types of butchery, including trimming, using bandsaw, hand finishing and portioning of beef, lamb, pork and chicken.

- Great physical strength to be able to lift heavy weights

- Work with the production team to ensure the correct cuts of meat are being used.

- Ensure equipment is maintained in a good and safe working condition.

- Follow Health and Safety procedures and company policies to maintain good hygiene standards and equipment operation.

- Be aware of HACCP procedures.

- Identify and report unsafe operations or equipment to Production Manager.

- Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean, safe and organized.

- Move food products and raw materials to and from the correct designated storage areas.

- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
