By taking on the role of Building Manager you will use your skills and experience to make sure we have a place to meet and operate our shop, both directly and indirectly supporting our vision to help all girls know they can do anything.

What will you be doing?

By taking on the role of Building Manager you will use your skills to make sure we have a place to meet and operate our shop, both directly and indirectly supporting our vision to help all girls know they can do anything.

This is a management role. The post holder is not expected to carry out maintenance tasks themselves.

· Management and oversight of the Bath Division HQ .

· Ensuring all routine maintenance and monitoring is carried out to the required standard.

· Creation of a long term maintenance and development plan in conjunction with the Division Executive.

· Management of any major works, including appointing contractors.

· Liaison with the landlord and other occupiers of the building.

· Chair the HQ Management Committee which meets twice per year.

You will work closely with the chair of trustees (who we call our Division Commissioner).

• Property management, · Relevant experience such as in building management, project management, risk management or safety.
