**Banking & Finance / Corporate Lawyer - Major Global Offshore Law Firm - London**

Work will focus high value international banking and finance transactions including asset finance (aviation and maritime), leveraged and acquisition finance, debt and equity finance and real estate finance, along with corporate M&A transactions governed by Cayman and/or BVI law.

• Qualified as a Solicitor in the UK;


• From 3 - 6 years' post qualified experience in finance and/or corporate M&A law from another major law firm;


• Prior offshore legal experience (Cayman/BVI law) would be preferred, although onshore lawyers from top tier law firms will be considered;


• Excellent communication skills.
