Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audio and Video Engineer to join our team as an Onsite Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers by visiting their sites or being permanently assigned to a specific customer location. The primary focus of this role will be on audio and video solutions, with expertise in Cisco and Microsoft Teams technologies. The Audio and Video Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of services in accordance with SLAs and project requirements, identifying and resolving faults, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle service support requests and incidents related to audio and video systems.

  • Manage assets and coordinate equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper functioning.

  • Provide hands-on support for audio and video installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  • Detect faults in audio and video systems and provide efficient and effective solutions.

  • Deliver work consistently and in accordance with the defined scope of work.

  • Work under the guidance of the Cluster Lead to meet service level KPIs.

  • Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting business goals.

  • Adhere to suppliers and customer's rules and regulations for health and safety purposes.

    1-3 years of experience as an Audio and Video Engineer or similar role.

  • Proficiency in audio and video technologies, specifically Cisco and Microsoft Teams solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of audio and video system troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

  • Experience with physical installation and setup of audio and video equipment.

  • Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and project management principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices., Hands on with Cisco AV solutions

  • Hand On with Microsoft Teams solution installation

  • Experience with video conferencing systems, including room-based setups and cloud-based solutions.

  • Knowledge of network protocols and IP-based audio and video transmission.

  • Familiarity with audio and video editing software.
