Assistant to National Operations Manager

To offer complete assistance to the National Operations Manager in delivering the strategy of the Company.

You will be required to assist in managing their time effectively and efficiently whilst looking after their diary and all appointments, Additional duties will comprise of screening and filtering internal and external requests together with reporting, Auditing and Minute-taking.

Key Result Areas -

- Effective time management and reporting to your Manager on time keeping issues within the department.

-Effective diary and appointment management.

- Provision of and monitoring of Departmental phone statistics.

- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them or taking messages where appropriate.

- Dealing with incoming emails and post on behalf of your Manager, filtering and prioritising these.

- Word processing documentation on behalf of your Manager.

- Effective auditing, feedback of data and where required preperation of reports.

- Report analysing, feedback of data and where required preperation of reports.

- Minute taking for all tupes of meetings including disciplinary meetings.

- Carrying out specific projects and research as may be requested from time to time.

- Deputising for your Manager to the level of authority provided by them.

- Implementing and maintaining good administrative procedures.

- Where rewuired making arrangements including but not limited to travel and accomodation on behalf of your Manager.

- Any other reasonable request as may be made of you from time to time.

Context -

Mainly office based role. Incoing work will be distributed via the National Operations Manager. Ensure that all the incoming work is dealt with within required timescales.
