Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The main duties to this role would include assisting our current quantity surveyor from initial tender stage right through to the final account, including the below:

-Measuring jobs using various Building M&E schedule of rates

-Management and pricing of time and materials contracts

-Management of subcontractors

-Assisting in Bill of Quants / variations / valuations

-Client liaison, contract review meetings and dispute resolution

-Assisting project managers with the job specification, parameters to site staff and engineers, identification of variations and final account negotiations.

Driving license is essential.
