Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. Your mechanical knowledge and expertise in equipment repair and maintenance will be crucial in ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Primarily maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in industrial and commercial settings.

- Installs - subject to workloads and experience.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units - focusing primarily on industrial process cooling.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions

- Perform routine servicing & maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating parts, and checking electrical connections

- Build and assemble components of air conditioning systems according to specifications

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

- Providing leadership and guidance to junior technicians in due time - This will be subject to experience and passing training which will be provided. Dependent on growth.

- FGAS Accredited and City & Guilds Qualifications or equivalent.

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance

- Ability to read and interpreting schematics and technical drawings

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

- Excellent communication skills
