We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Project Implementation Specialist to support with the rollout and execution of Medivets Reward and Benefits project., The role is a contract position up to 12 months and is Hybrid, working three days a week from our Head Support Centre based in Watford.
Role accountabilities

Support the rollout and execution of our Reward and Benefits project across our clinical operations and support centre.

Aid with Medivets pay policy delivery.

Assist with levelling salaries and benefits for Vets and Nurses within Clinic.

Working with ER in reporting of cases and pro active planning with PMs/Clinical Ops to improve, share lessons learnt etc.

Support on BPA people impacts analysis and implementation

Look at contractual requirements across business working with ER and People Services to ensure appropriate range of contracts are in place to deliver.

Grading & Benchmarking.

Organisation design/restructures.

Embedding Workday ATS in our Support Centre, aiding policy and procedures.

Help deliver Terms of Employment projects in key stages.
