The post holder is responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive admin and clerical support to Voluntary Services team. The post holder will be responsible for preparing and maintaining records, ensuring all IT systems are updated accordingly, arranging appointments, maintain efficient filing systems, respond to all Volunteer and staff enquiries by telephone and face to face, relaying clear, legible messages.,

To provide high quality administrative support assisting with the day to day operations of the Volunteers Team across a variety of tasks.

One point of contact for volunteers dealing with general queries regarding the recruitment process.

Deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries to the department in accordance with defined protocols and policies. Accurately record and relay messages in a timely manner
