Workshop Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to oversee the operations of our workshop. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the efficient repair and maintenance of equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

- Maintain and control the structure and workflow within the workshop.

- Manage pricing of parts and raise the corresponding PO's.

- Maintain the service schedule for a fleet of 400 vehicles.

- Ensuring ISO regulation standards are met.

- Ensuring workshop equipment remains calibrated and tested.

- Managing a team of technicians to maximise efficiency.

- Responsible for approving all workshop fitters' holidays and hours.

- Liaise with operations regarding vehicle defects and rectification.

- Liaise with existing managers to ensure the smooth flow of work through the workshop.
