Full Job Description

To support our continued growth we are seeking a VP of Platform Delivery. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead our Platform Delivery function of ~100 people, responsible for delivering solutions to our UK and Global customers. There is a Head of for both the UK and Global Platform Delivery teams reporting into you. Their focus is to ensure their teams are achieving their NPS, quality and delivery targets.

The Platform Delivery teams are responsible for working closely with customers to ensure our solutions are designed and implemented to the highest quality standards and timelines agreed. This covers detailed requirements gathering, low level design, configuration/implementation, testing and go-live before handing over to Customer Success.

Our priority as a business is scaling globally, your role is to ensure we have the foundations in place to achieve this (people, processes, tools, systems). We are looking for an experienced operations leader who can review and improve our ways of working, shape and implement the strategy for platform delivery, and develop the people leaders below them.,

  • Lead and Inspire: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the Platform Delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Strategy: Develop, implement and own the strategy for Platform Delivery across UK and Global teams

  • Champion Operational Excellence: Drive process optimization, automation implementation, and adoption of new technologies to streamline service delivery.

  • Deliver Client Success: Ensure high service quality by establishing and enforcing performance metrics, exceeding customer expectations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Develop Your Team: Cultivate a strong learning environment, mentor and coach team members, and invest in their professional growth.

  • Embrace Innovation: Stay abreast of industry best practices and identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

    An experienced Operations Leader (managing functions of 50+) within a complex SaaS environment

  • Evidence of driving continuous improvement and upholding the highest quality standards

  • Deep understanding of service delivery best practices, process improvement methodologies, and performance management frameworks.

  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and building strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Experienced in either the Employee Benefits and Rewards space or working in B2B SaaS

  • An experienced people leader with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.


  • Someone who will challenge the status quo; always looking for ways to improve themselves and the team/department.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating across all business functions and levels of seniority.

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.

  • Project management skills.
