Full Job Description

We are seeking a trainee SMT Operator and Electronic Assembly Technician to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will (after training) be responsible for operating and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to assemble electronic components.

The role would be an excellent role for school leavers wishing to take the first steps in their career. There are major opportunities for career development as Zikodrive grows and develops.

Duties:
- Operate SMT machinery to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Inspect and test completed PCBs for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT equipment
- Follow assembly instructions and engineering drawings accurately
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation of the work area, "To empower product designers by creating the world's most efficient and user-friendly motor controllers, driven by innovation."
