Trainee Lettings Manager

Bramley Park Lettings is a small property/lettings company based in Rotherham. We have been managing properties for 14 years and we are currently looking for a Trainee Lettings Manager to join our friendly team based at Fusion@magna. We are specialists in shared houses across South Yorkshire and the locations include Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and Sheffield.

Key Duties will be to learn all aspects of the role:

• Advertising of available rooms/properties


• Responding to viewing enquiries


• Book and attend viewings


• Tenant referencing


• Property staging


• Weekly Fire Checks


• Creating Tenancy packs


• Liaise with Company Managers and Senior Property Manager


• Answer the office telephone and company mobile


• General office tasks


• Social media/website updates


• Responding to maintenance


• Updating landlords


• Rent arrears
  
  Qualifications: minimum 5 GCSEs grade C (4-9)or above and to include English


• Ideally one years experience in an office environment or face to face role.


• Clean driving licence and access to own car


• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team


• Excellent telephone and people skills


• Good attention to detail and accuracy skills


• Computer literacy


• Capable of organising and prioritising workload and meeting deadlines


• Honest, reliable and friendly personality
