Full Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with our customer base, understanding key goals and organisational objectives

  • Provide consultative guidance to customers, ensuring that they get the most value from Thrive products and services, demonstrating business impact whilst delivering against their wider learning strategy

  • Leading regular business reviews, gaining and providing feedback, and exploring more opportunities to work together

  • Supporting customers with product training and delivering workshops

    We are seeking a dedicated Thrive superfan, preferably someone with prior experience working with us, to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. This role is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong background in learning and development (L&D), who is keen to share their knowledge and expertise., Minimum 3 years working in an L&D role, preferably with Thrive's LMS

  • You're passionate about great learning experiences and pushing the boundaries of how Learning and Development (L&D) teams can support businesses in meeting their goals

  • A confident communicator, able to effectively lead conversations with L&D leaders

  • Curious about latest trends, and innovation

  • Able to work in an agile way and can adapt ways of working as our business continues to grow and scale
