Full Job Description
- As the team leader, manage the day to day operation of the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen team, ensuring strong shift leadership.
- Be proactive when dealing with guest complaints and feedback, remaining rational to achieve the best solution.
- Preparation of the restaurant before service.
- Deployment of team into the right areas, at the right time.
- Help coach and grow front of house team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident about our food.
The Boathouse is a waterfront restaurant, bar and takeaway, specialising in seafood caught by our own boats. We're situated overlooking the mayflower steps and just a stone's throw from the Plymouth's historic Barbican.
We are looking for individuals with pride and passion for delivering great experience to our guests day in, day out. As team leader you need to be a great team player and be able to lead the team in challenging situations & help and support the fellow management team in driving standards across all areas of the business.
