Full Job Description

Join us as a Store Manager and drive sales in our dynamic retail environment. Manage products, maximize market share, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.,

  • Conduct and develop sales strategies and act as an example for the team - leading from the front.

  • Manages their team to achieve results by delivering a customer-oriented attitude.

  • Analyse weekly KPIs and implement corrective actions accordingly.

  • Continuously improve store attractiveness (merchandising).

  • Implement and maintain high store standards (first impressions count attitude).

  • Accountability for the P&L of the store, maintain margin and implement actions plans when required.

  • Financial reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Follow and implement Health & Safety procedures and reporting.

  • Attending product briefings with Product Managers and sharing knowledge and training staff member.

  • Implementing best practice within the stores and acting as a role model whilst being "hands-on" in the store, ranging from selling, in-store demonstrations, assisting with deliveries and other day to day retail activities.

  • Develops local relationships with neighbouring stores, centre management, to understand the competition.

    Demonstrable experience as a Store Manager in a retail outlet or comparable size.

  • Proficiency in IT and familiarity with retail systems and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel.

  • You are driven and committed to achieve financial goals.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and act as a mentor.

  • Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.

  • You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.

  • You are a problem solver and have a "can do" attitude to problem-solving.

  • Be a strong team player (we're all in it together attitude)., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

  • Retail management: 2 years (required)
