Full Job Description

STAFF WELLBEING PRACTITIONER, SUBSTANCE MISUSE, MENTAL HEALTH & DUAL DIAGNOSIS, CENTRAL RESOURCES, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37HPW, SALARY: £43,742 - £50,056 FTE
We are looking for an energetic individual committed to supporting the wellbeing of our workforce, who work hard to make a difference to people experiencing homelessness, ill-health, unemployment, and social exclusion.
You might be a clinical or counselling psychologist, a BACP registered counsellor or a BABCP registered therapist and will have the skills to balance a manageable and boundaried caseload of individual clients alongside group sessions with teams and chairing the strategic staff wellbeing group.
This is a vital role for the organisation, which is committed to promoting staff wellbeing. You will work very closely with our Human Resources Business Partners and other members of the organisation committed to the wellbeing of staff.
Excellent systems are already in place to manage demand. The role demands some travel across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, and Sheffield across the course of a month but balanced against time working from base (Nottingham City) or home if desired. Regular line management supervision is provided by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist alongside monthly external clinical supervision (to protect anonymity of staff accessing support). You will be supported to grow through Continuing Professional Development.
