Site Management - Summer placement

Based on site on our Central Quay development in Cardiff, a £200 million BTR development which will provide residents with a unique offer of city centre living on the waterfront. The development will consist of a mix of studio 1, 2 and 3 bed units and includes facilities such as a concierge, lobby, gym, gardens, and terraces, as well as c. 19,500 sq. ft of leisure and retail space you will be involved in day-to-day site management activities for a construction project, working with our team of experienced professionals, contractors, suppliers, and experts from across our business.

The focus will be very much on learning, but to help develop your skills and experience, with our support, we'll expect you to undertake real work activities.

• Experience of working with one of UK's most successful construction and development companies., This is a work experience placement opportunity for students undertaking a construction / built-environment qualification. You'll need to be a competent user of MS office suite and be able to manage your own workload.
