Job Summary
o To lead a team of specialist support workers in Greater Manchester, covering services in Newton Heath and Oldham. This will be providing support for individuals with learning disability, mental health issues and complex needs.
o To work with the Registered Manager/ leadership team to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and associated regulations and Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.
o To work collaboratively with the service manager on a day-to-day basis and provide management support across sites in the area of Greater Manchester. This work will be reviewed at regular intervals during planned supervision sessions.
o To provide line management as a core part of experiential work
o To be fully involved alongside established Service Managers in the management of the services.
