Full Job Description

We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to schedule our team of 29 engineers and to assist with general administrative tasks such as sub contractors and invoicing.

  • Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role would be an advantage

  • Previous experience within building services company would be an advantage

  • Reliable, excellent time keeping

  • Good communication skills

  • Good organisational skills

  • Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook), Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

  • building services: 1 year (preferred)

  • engineer scheduling: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • driving (preferred)
