Full Job Description

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's enquiries, identifying the cause of the problem while seeking the best possible solution to resolve. Expedite correction or adjustment, ensuring a follow up is provided to ensure resolution.

  • Raise service jobs on our scheduling system and monitor progress.

  • Prepare service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.

  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Managing incoming calls

  • Generate sales leads, providing follow ups with clients with regards to quotes provided by the customer, or sent to the customer.

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

  • Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and provide a follow up call to ensure resolution.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, relating to processing customer accounts and file documents where applicable.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Engage with customers and verify account information.

  • Greet customers with a warm, friendly manner keeping professional at all times.

  • Assist with the completion of placing or cancelling order requests, refunds, or exchanges where required., We are a small business with a Nationwide presence which gifts our clients a bespoke and reactive service with undivided attention & dedication.   • At least 2 years' experience in a Customer Support Experience role.

  • Proactive approach to management of workload

  • High competence with Microsoft Office packages, such as Word & Excel

  • Ability to learn and utilise internal IT systems and databases

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
