Full Job Description
- Development and implementation of a marketing plan that will include but is not limited to marketing materials, social media, website development, PR and campaigns.
- Overseeing the design, content, branding and delivery of all marketing collateral including presentations, slide decks, exhibition and other sales support materials
- Creation of marketing templates and management of technical content
- Organisation of promotional / marketing events
- Coordination and management of exhibitions, trade shows and industry awards / events.
- Review and development of the company website, including authoring and optimisation (including SEO)
- Develop brand guidelines and build brand / product awareness in the market
- Ensuring clear and consistent branding across documentation, following brand guidelines
- Establish and lead the company's communication calendar.
- Management of social media channels.
- Development of a marketing toolkit
- Manage internal communications
We are looking for a creative, self-directed and highly motivated candidate who effectively works across the business to deliver a clear and consistent approach to marketing., Proven marketing leadership experience, preferably in packaging or retail - B2B marketing experience
- Previous development and delivery of a successful marketing strategy
- Strategic and hands on experience
- A good understanding of all areas of the role including development of content, digital marketing, social media and trade shows
- Experience of developing successful and impactful marketing materials
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and a good understanding and appreciation of the wider business objectives
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing
- CIMA qualified, Bachelor's (preferred)
- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- B2B / Retail Marketing: 3 years (required)
