Full Job Description

We are looking for two Senior HR Business Partners to join our People team, based at Daylesford farm in the Cotswolds.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support senior managers to create solutions to people challenges

  • Partnering with managers and stakeholders at all levels to assist with employee relation cases; probation, investigation & disciplinary, grievance, absence management, TUPE etc

  • Manage internal payroll process and annual pay review/bonus administration, be the point of escalation for resolution within the team

  • Own exit interviews for your area and report insights

  • NMW compliance and reporting

  • Manage family leave; maternity/paternity/SPL/adoption leave

  • Monthly turnover dashboard reporting

  • Gender pay gap reporting

  • Review and refresh policies in line with employment law updates and provide guidance to teams

  • Identify gaps/areas for improvement in HR processes and suggest action to rectify

  • Oversee key aspects of the annual HR cycle for your business area

    Ability to work autonomously

  • CIPD 5 or above (or equivalent)

  • Thorough knowledge of employer/employee legislation

  • Proven experience working at a Business Partner level

  • You are a commercial and pragmatic partner to the business and have worked in different and challenging environments

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Analytical mindset and goal oriented

  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

  • Full understanding of all HR function best practice
