Full Job Description

We are looking for a talent to join the Cough and Cold Brand Development Team based in UK, High Wycombe as Senior Brand Manager for Global ingredient execution. This role will work directly with Senior marketing manager on Global ingredient strategy to deliver toolkits and assets to aid ingredient related issues, and opportunities for consumers, HCPs and customers. This role will coordinate with other Regions and BMCs to execute ingredient related playbook to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through global brand team with strong outside in focus.

This position reports into the Senior Marketing Manager, Global ingredient strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers global brand toolkits for their priority Region/BMC and are ready for rapid deployment globally, with limited shaping and transcreation. Works in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.

  • Delivers winning executional plans through strong collaboration with the other Regions and BMCs to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise and relate to focus ingredients.

  • Develops and ensures the implementation of, consistent and aligned comms, content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world partnering with the deployment teams.

  • Ensure strong collaboration & participation in Project Meetings as part of the aligned cadence.

  • Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets' teams to understand insights and challenges, the go to market and the trends to deliver the best long-term plans for the brand.

  • Always put consumer first to unleash the best insights to drive brand performance.

  • Delivers a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.

  • Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets' teams to delivers the brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs.

  • Delivers winning innovation launches plans through strong collaboration with the Segment Leaders and BMCs based on consumer needs. Develops and ensures the implementation of consistent and aligned innovations together with launch playbooks: content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field; Masters degree a plus

  • 3-5 years of Progressive experience executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations

  • Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience.

  • Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams.

  • Strong track record of success working with local markets

  • Experience in working with global E2E cross functional teams.

  • Self care / OTC/ RX experience preferable

  • Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth experience working with and managing global teams.

  • Demonstrated experience managing E2E innovation processes and global pipeline development (including creation of breakthrough and/or disruptive innovation) resulting in sustained global brand growth.

  • Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.
