Full Job Description

  • Interact with internal delivery teams including Content, Creative, Finance, and other delivery operations members to assure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget to meet client expectations.

  • With guidance from senior staff, the Project Leader is expected to support the financial and project management of assigned projects to ensure successful execution and outcome

  • Provide task-based project management support, assisting the Account Services team and wider delivery teams in meeting day-to-day tasks, including project routing, timelines development and maintenance, and budget/hours management/monitoring

  • Keep team members informed and regularly updated on project status. Triage competing requests and find solutions for capacity and resource issues

  • Raise swift awareness to proactively head off issues that put projects at risk for staying on-time, on-budget, and maintain our standards of quality and value

  • Coordinate revisions, submission preparation and conduct follow-up as necessary

  • Own task management in time-tracking and project management systems: implements/maintains projects

  • Own and maintains internal/client status sheet

  • Fully trained on client systems and dedicated to compliance in use of these systems

  • General understanding of other department best practices

    A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent

  • Prior Med Comms Agency experience (preferably in Publications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field

  • Strong communication skills written and orally

  • Strong computer skills, sound knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

  • Ability to multi-task, support various projects
