Security Supervisor

Shift Timings - Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working alternative weekends, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00

You will be working as a Security Supervisor in a high-profile manufacturing site with subsequent high demands on a consistently high level of service delivery in a very demanding and dynamic environment. For this role, you will be required to manage and motivate a team. The right candidate must be confident in their ability to lead, provide security support and guidance to the General Services Manager.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• To manage on a daily basis the effective operation of the security service on site.


• Managing security staff attendance records including sickness and annual leave.


• To train newly appointed security officers inline with the client mandatory requirements and site-specific requirements.


• Maintain standards of discipline and welfare amongst all team mem bers in accordance with the company policies and values


• To complete and submit report forms relating to any accident/incident.
  
  SIA License is essential.


• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.


• 5-year checkable work/career history.


• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.


• Possess the ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload and remaining well organised.


• Communicate well and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service to customers and clients in all areas of service.
