Full Job Description
POC Management Limited are looking for an experienced Security Operatives for a number of high-profile projects in the Northampton area.
We are an ethical and equal opportunities employer with a successful background in providing specialist security solutions.
The applicant must have excellent communication skills for this customer-facing role.
The successful applicant will be required to work at a variety of locations across the Northampton NN4 area. on the following rota.
Day Shift: Saturday, Sunday 06:00 - 18:00
Night Shift: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 18:00 - 06:00
Responsibilities:
- Gatehouse - Manage Access / Egress to and from site.
- Ensure all tenants and visitors are authorised and sign in and out of the site.
- Carry out ID checks.
- Complete vehicle/person searching.
- Complete site patrols.
- Assist in site evacuations.
- Highlight health & safety issues
POC Management Limited will provide the successful candidate with job-specific PPE and a full induction to the project.
Candidates must have a current SIA licence and a 5-year checkable work history.
There may be opportunities to work on other projects outside of the NN4 area.
