Secondary School Part Time Computer Science Teacher (0.87) [over 4.5 days]

We are looking for a qualified teacher of Computer Science (Part Time) over 4.5 days per week to join our enthusiastic team from September 2024. The successful candidate will work in a caring and energetic school with distinctive ethos. You will be required to teach KS3 and KS4 and will be expected to contribute to maintain the high standards of this successful department.

KDGB (Kassim Darwish Grammar School for Boys) is an independent Grammar School for 125 boys aged 11-16 situated in South Manchester and also is a member of the Independent Schools Association. KDGB is a faith school, with a caring inclusive ethos based on Islamic values, open to students of all backgrounds. Although comprehensive in intake, its results are exceptionally high. With small class sizes, teachers have the opportunity to help each student to reach his full potential. Normal school holidays apply, in addition to that, there are extra religious holidays given to accommodate the schools faith. Chorlton is a vibrant area and has easy access to the tram and bus station.
