Blackwater Recruitment is looking to recruit several entry level field sales reps on behalf of our well established client in Brighton.

Our Client - They are an outsourced sales and marketing company, that are offering candidates the opportunity to represent their portfolio of clients through field based sales solutions. All their business is done face to face, as they feel this is the best way to get access to potential customers and produces a much higher volume and quality of qualified sales on behalf of their clients.

  • Uncapped Earnings - Due to the fact they do not offer a basic wage, you can benefit from an uncapped commission only pay structure, this role pays £40-£100 for every successful sale and average between 1-3 sales per day for average earnings of £400-£700 per week, this compensates those that put the most effort in and produce the most sales. You will also receive extra financial incentives for meeting/exceeding targets and be rewarded with extra earnings if you become a top performer

  • Immediate Start: Our client can offer an immediate start and you can start hitting the field and earning the same day as you complete the vetting process and get badged.


  • The Role:
  • You will represent clients through field based direct sales campaigns to raise their brand awareness whilst aiming to provide the client with extra sales

  • As a field based role, you will be expected to travel to various residential and event areas in and around Brighton and go door-to-door to speak with members of the public

  • Over time you will represent different brands as campaigns come to a close and our client focuses on a new campaigns, their previous clients include well known charities and nonprofits, home efficiency companies supplying eco initiatives to help people save money and improve the value of their homes, various utility providers helping customers save money, food and drink companies and many more.

  • You will craft a short sales pitch with your team, in order to try to close potential customers

  • Attend meetings in the office, to go to skill sharing sessions, meet with your team, discuss strategies and get the latest information on your client

  • Be a face for your clients brand and act professionally at all times

  • Wear client branded clothing to show potential customers the brand you are representing

  • Complete sales forms with customers to help them through the onboarding process

  • Be part of the team environment and support other team members, provide positivity and give and receive constructive criticism to help each other improve

  • Approach all customers with a friendly and courteous attitude

  • As you become more familiar with the role, then you may be asked to take on extra responsibilities, such as let new starts shadow you, help support others and lead meetings

    Previous experience in a customer facing role, our client doesn't mind what industry this is in, however this is not necessary for candidates to be successful, but our client believes those with experience dealing with customers face to face, can hit the ground running

  • A desire to work in sales and improve your professional skills

  • Fluent English speaking skill is a must as the main focus of the role is speaking with customers

  • Positive mentality and open to taking on new challenges

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must be eligible to work full time in the UK

  • Must be willing to undergo vetting and a DBS check (paid for by the company)
