Full Job Description

To apply you must have experience in a similar administrator role:

  • This is a Customer focused role, liaising with internal team members and third party suppliers to ensure the smooth running of orders and customer queries.

  • Helping to coordinate the production schedule, maintaining relationships with third party suppliers & arranging shipments of goods, via our Warehouse team, to suppliers and customers.

  • Answering Customer queries via telephone and email and processing Customer orders as required

  • Monitoring the status of customer orders and notifying them of any updates

  • Purchasing materials and office supplies for the smooth running of the production & print team.

  • Liaising with our Artwork, Production and Warehouse team

    An Intelligent, diligent and happy person who is adaptable & capable of working to tight deadlines.

  • Someone who is able to demonstrate First Class Customer Service experience in a business environment, with great written and communication skills.

  • IT proficient

  • Be confident working on your own initiative (after training).

  • Have the ability to be proactive with a positive approach to problem-solving & prioritising demands

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good basic numeric skills are also essential

  • An interest in production or digital artwork skills may be an advantage but a Team Player who is happy to "muck in" & help out would also be taken into consideration.


  • The Contract:

    To commence we're offering a Part Time Temporary contract for 7-8 months following your initial successful completion of your Probationary Period. There may also be the opportunity to join us permanently; please note, this role may vary as a permanent role, subject to agreement and availability.

    Part-time hours per week - To be agreed. Some flexibility during our busiest business trading would be appreciated. Part Time Temporary; This role is an office based role, to meet the requirements of the job.

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • customer service: 2 years (required)

  • Customer Service in an Office Enviornment: 3 years (required)

    Great starting salary of £22,500 pro rata

  • Part Time Temporary Role for 7-8 months; there may also be the opportunity to join us permanently; this role may vary as a permanent role.
