Full Job Description

They have ambitious growth plans, and their new Sales Manager will play a key role in achieving their commercial goals.

As an individual contributor, you will target SME organisations, growing a strong pipeline and be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle. This will include bid writing and collaborating with implementation and account management. You will also represent and actively promote the Company, acting as an ambassador at industry events.

  • A passionate sales professional, with a proven track record of corporate sales for the business travel industry (ideally business travel and groups)

  • An innovative and open minded individual, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience

  • Skilled in delivering the full sales cycle, including bid writing

  • Efficient and organised, updating the CRM and analysing and sharing key MI with the senior team/board

  • Tenacious and resilient, able to remain motivated during the sales process

  • Motivated by both individual and team success, driven to achieve the highest standards in both commercial performance and professional standards

  • Able to deliver against set strategic objectives including the achievement of revenue targets

  • A strong business travel industry professional, Business Travel sales: 2 years (required)

  • B2B sales: 3 years (required)

  • Our client is an independent business Travel Management Company (TMC) with people at its core - their people and their clients.

    This is a hybrid role, based around London/South East and there is an excellent salary and package on offer.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
