Full Job Description

To determine potential sales and assess client demands, conduct market research.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills., Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Prepare and send out sales-related documents, such as quotes and invoices
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Upsell products or services to existing customers
- Provide product information and answer customer questions
- Assist with inventory management and order processing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Strong negotiation and influencing skills
The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and writing - with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organisation
Self-motivation

Commercial awareness.
Must have previous sales experience in the Security Industry
Must have Bachelor's degree
Building productive and profitable working relationships with our customers
Experience with creating and executing business strategies to achieve growth in revenue and profitability
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Must have security industry experience.
Professional account management experience selling high-end security.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a business development or sales role with a proven track record of achieving KPI's and targets,

We are pleased to provide a full range of security guard services, corporate security, traffic marshalling, and industrial warehouse solutions across the United Kingdom, all of which are executed by our team of SIA-licensed and trained guards. To expand our staff, we are looking to hire a full-time sales assistant. The sales assistant will be working on-site and will be in charge of conducting market research, creating and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and profitability, and spotting growth opportunities in both new and existing markets.
