S2 Community Shop Deputy Coordinator

To develop and lead in the S2 Community shop with staff & volunteers

- Oversee the debt department ensuring its efficiency

- Oversee the benefits department ensuring its efficiency,

• Develop, train, motivate, mentor and provide feedback to staff & volunteers


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service


• Ensure all administration tasks are compliant with policies and procedures


• Encourage, develop and build staff and volunteers career paths


• Deal with all issues that arise from staff, volunteers, clients or customers


• Be a shining example of high performance
  
  The ability to manage and prioritise workload and working independently as well as part of a team.


- Ability and experience to communicate and operate within a wide range of agencies.

- Excellent leadership skills and business orientation

- Have experience of working with and recruiting volunteers
