Full Job Description

Van Haven Ltd is currently seeking dedicated and driven Sales Consultants to join our team selling new and used luxury, bespoke built Volkswagen Transporters. In this fast paced role you would be responsible for selling our extensive brand new and previously owned Volkswagen Transporter T6.1 stock, combined with Van Haven's luxury bespoke conversion options.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Your attention to detail must be excellent.

Thorough and comprehensive use of CRM systems.

- Prospecting new customers or businesses.

- Optimising opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, handling inbound AND outbound calls, attending to walk-in prospects, and managing internet enquiries.

- Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.

- Ensuring what you are selling to the customer is in line with company goals and requirements.

- Completing paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion to enable other departments in the business to crack on with building the vehicle.

Enthusiastic and hungry to exceed not only company targets, but your own personal targets.

- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with your customers.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills are a must.

Familiar with CRM systems.

Be very driven and have personal goals.

- Motor trade experience is preferred but not necessary.
