Full Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven recruiter who is engaged in attracting talents focused on Higher Education, you will be instrumental in recruiting exceptional faculty, staff, and professionals dedicated to advancing Regent's mission and values. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract, engage, and recruit top talent to fill staff positions within our organization. Collaborating closely with academic departments, you will contribute to the recruitment efforts to attract diverse talent and contribute to Regent's ongoing success.,

  • with academic departments and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

  • and own a social media plans using tool such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

  • new opportunities and be engaged on various social media platforms to recruit potential academics from Higher Education sector.

  • and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • all advertising and agency relationships, negotiating favorable rates.

  • with the Marketing team and ensure the Regent brand supports recruiting high-caliber candidates from the higher education sector.


  • RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
  • resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

  • and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

  • the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

  • the interview process, including providing guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and evaluation.

  • that candidates receive a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process.


  • RECRUITMENT COMPLIANCE
  • with hiring stakeholders including HR team members to implement best practices, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and enhance the candidate experience. Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, teaching/research potential, and alignment with Regent's values and culture.

  • technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software and maintain accurate candidate records.

  • Regent at recruitment events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Regent brand and engage with potential candidates.

  • informed about trends and developments in higher education recruitment, including diversity initiatives, emerging job roles, and evolving candidate preferences.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices within the higher education sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the right fit for both the candidate and the organization., degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certification preferred.

  • of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on staff positions within the higher education sector.

  • track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.

  • knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview skills, and employment law.

  • interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

  • level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
