Receptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all guests attending the Park either within the Main Reception or Spa Reception.

The duties will include but not be limited to:

· Meeting and greeting guests

· Dealing with incoming / outgoing correspondence

· Taking bookings over the telephone, through website enquiries and via email

· General office administration to include Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Excellent customer service to ensure all queries and the occasional complaint are handled in a calm and professional manner

· Owner Assistance

· Ability to convey information clearly and in a timely manner

· Liaise with our central team and sister parks as required

This is a pivotal role within the organisation working within the Main Reception and Spa Reception. The working environment is both energetic and forward thinking. The Receptionist will help us continue to wow our customers and ensure all our guests and owners are happy during their time with us.

Clawford Lakes Resort and Spa has a mix of quality self-catering accommodation which includes lodges, apartments, cocoons, lake pods, floating lodges, and lodges. Clawford Lakes Resort and Spa also provides a range of catering and leisure facilities on site which include a Spa with infinity pool and leisure activity lake.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
