Full Job Description

The Receptionist & Admin Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires a combination of interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

· Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments

· Manage the reception area to ensure a positive first impression

· Manage emails and correspondence, responding to routine enquiries and redirecting complex issues

· Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department and provide necessary information

· Print drawings and documents for Contract Managers and Site Managers as and when required

· Coordinate office supplies, managing stock levels and ordering provisions as required

· Agenda and Minute taking as required

· Chase and file daily site diaries

· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Outlook

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Friendly and Approachable

As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant you will be expected to have:

Essential:

· Experience in a similar role

· Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 or equivalent

Desirable:

Contract To cover Maternity leave, fixed term contract for 6 months with the possibility of an additional 3 months
