We are world leaders in what we do and we currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our Supply Chain department as a Raw Materials Coordinator.,

  • Operate FLT equipment to ensure the safe unloading of raw material goods including bobbins, poly, core boards and ink

  • Guarantee the supply of raw materials to the production teams to ensure the continuous manufacturing of our famous products

  • Hold accountability for the rotation of the raw materials in the warehouse ensuring compliance with FIFO regulations

  • Arrange for samples of raw materials for quality control consistently as per the group procedure

  • Produce the correct labels for stock within the warehouse

  • Guarantee the correct paperwork is produced and filed correctly in accordance with the Groups processes

  • Lead the Raw Material Warehouse Operators in their daily activities

  • Stock control and management

  • Liaise with the planning department regarding production schedules to ensure the raw materials are within stock

  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports using the SAP system

    This role is full-time working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with the occasional overtime shift available on Sundays for stock count. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or similar environment and be competent using Microsoft excel packages and internal systems. This role does have elements of supervisory responsibility therefore the ability to lead a team is also required., Previous supervisory experience is preferred

  • Experience working within a warehouse or similar environment is required

  • Counterbalance/Reach FLT license

  • Demonstrable experience using computers including Microsoft office and SAP
