Full Job Description

This is a homebased position but will require the post holder to visit their portfolios as required by the lease, so a car and driving license are essential for this role., Property Management

  • Have a clear understanding of lease covenants and obligations and ensure that these are fully met on behalf of the Leaseholder/landlord.

  • Ensure that action is taken in respect of any breaches in lease.


  • Customer Service and Engagement
  • Provide a proactive approach to dealing with customer with a first-time resolution attitude.

  • Attend leaseholder meetings and positively engage with customers.

  • Manage and carry out the meetings with the RMC Directors, Residents association, developers etc in line with the service level agreement and statutory requirements.


  • Health and Safety
  • Conduct regular scheme inspections to monitor upkeep of the property and grounds.

  • Identify repairs and maintenance issues and ensure that statutory compliance is met in relation to Health and Safety.


  • Service charge
  • Produce accurate service charge demands and year end accounts for all sites within the portfolio.

  • Monitor expenditure across site to ensure that properties remain in line with budget expectations.

    Sound experience of leasehold management and property management.

  • Good understanding of leasehold and service charge legislation.

  • Knowledge of section 20 legislation

  • Excellent communications skills -letter writing and the written and verbal presentation of information.

  • Excellent numeracy/analytical skills and competency in dealing with financial information.

  • Experience of setting and monitoring budgets

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Be able to work well in a team or own initiative and have the ability to communicate with leaseholders in a confident manner.

  • A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car., Essential - GCSE standard English and Maths A-C or 4-9

  • ATPI (AIRPM) / MTPI (MIRPM) qualification

  • We are now looking to recruit Property Manager to work in our "Home Ownership Team". This customer facing role provides a high-quality property management service to leaseholders and landlords, managing portfolios of around 20-25 schemes across Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester area.

  • We offer a competitive salary of £35,850.

  • 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays a total of 40 days paid holiday per annum which is equivalent to 8 weeks.
