Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Programme Management Office (PMO) team to help support transformation projects in all Operational and Corporate services in the Trust.

In this post you will begin your journey with us as a Band 3 whilst you undertake a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship , working closely with your new team to gain the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours for this new role.

The apprenticeship is to be completed within 24 months and on successful completion, you will progress into the Band 4 role of Project Support Officer providing project support to a range of stakeholders, within the Trust and beyond.

Main duties of the job include:
Provide assistance to members of the PMO team to deliver a programme of initiatives that encompass all elements of transformation projects

Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders in relation to the provision of effective workforce projects

Receive and respond to project related queries either face to face, over the phone, or electronically

Undertake the organisation and planning of PMO duties as directed

Gain an understanding of and take ownership of the administration tasks associated with PMO functions

Run and collate reports, both qualitative and quantitative including supporting with reports to senior management level
