Full Job Description

  • Define, develop and implement a global portfolio management approach across all products and regions; driving increased revenue and profitability, whilst ensuring we meet and exceed customer needs

  • Regular analysis, reporting and review of global portfolio performance, including regular dashboards and ad hoc deep-dive product reviews; continuously identifying areas for improvement, and working collaboratively to deliver any recommended changes

  • Identification, evaluation and delivery of enhancements to our global product portfolio; in response to commercial opportunities, customer pain-points, or regulatory challenges

  • Identify opportunities to rationalise and/or migrate products at a global 'book' level; managing their delivery to create increased customer simplification and improved commercial performance

  • Management of clear and effective product governance processes, policies and controls; including their regular review, testing and update where appropriate; ensuring the prioritisation and delivery of good customer and regulatory outcomes

  • Oversight of an effective Product Approval process, ensuring that the team and wider business have the relevant tools, templates and support required

  • Delivery of annual assessments to ensure that our products continue to provide fair value to their target customers, with any actions managed through to completion

    Business experience, which should include managing a varied product portfolio in a range of regulated markets, to deliver improved commercial performance and customer metrics

  • Experience of developing portfolio strategy and setting overall business direction; and then leading virtual teams to successful multi-channel delivery and implementation of that strategy and key initiatives

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels

  • Clear communication and presentation skills, experienced at using storytelling to influence, and gain support from, key stakeholders across the business

  • Strong analytical, numerical and commercial skills

  • Specific experience in healthcare, access, or value-add products

  • Awareness and understanding of PMI/IPMI products and the PMI/IPMI market
