Full Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service by enhancing our guests' experience.

  • Ensure that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safethrough.

  • Patrol and monitor the pool area, and thermal spa suite.

  • Provide tours of the pool and spa facilities.

  • Conduct cleaning duties of the pool and spa facilities.

  • Perform daily inspections which include water testing and plant pool monitoring.

  • Provide cover at the gym reception cover.

  • Enforcing safety protocols.

    We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Leisure Team.


  • Based in Eden Hall's fabulous pool and thermal spa suite, the successful applicant will have a genuine desire to help maintain an enjoyable but safe environment.,
  • Due to health and safety aspects of the job, applicants must be over the age of 18 years old.

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or Pool Responder Certificate.

  • First Aid Certificate.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • You should be physically fit.

  • A strong, confident swimmer.
