Planning Manager

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• To lead and own all site resource planning functions, to maximise the performance of the operation by ensuring accurate, detailed short-, medium- and long-term planning information to enable the operation to direct the daily, weekly and monthly activities and identify any potential shortfalls


• To monitor and track all resourcing requirements against plan, providing timely and accurate reports in all areas including planned and flex hours, performance levels


• To manager Planning FLM's and Analyst teams


• Regular strategies meetings with Key stake holders


• Support in driving a continuous improvement culture within the operation


• To carry out ad hoc and Long term projects that both improve and advance the site planning processes
  
  Warehouse / Retail / Supply Chain environment - Planning - 2 Years experience


• Experience working in a fast pace environment


• Experience working alongside direct and indirect internal and external stakeholders


• Demonstrate Analytical and numerical Skills


• Experienced - Excel - Teams - Word - Power points - Power BI


• Project management & problem solving


• Previous experience of managing and leading teams
