PLACEMENT OFFICER - PART TIME

As a Placement Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating work experience and employment for our learners, helping them transition successfully into the workforce or further education. You will work closely with both learners and employers to identify suitable employment opportunities, ensuring that each learner receives valuable hands-on experience relevant to their chosen field of study or career aspirations.
This role will be based at the Business and Management centre at Craven Park Training and Enterprise Centre offering apprenticeships in business as well as vocational teacher training.
The postholder will assist with the promotion of employment opportunities to learners, participate in recruitment events, and contribute to marketing efforts aimed at attracting new employers to partner with the organisation.
The purpose of this role is to promote the service Hull Training and Adult Education offers to employers and potential Learners, raising the awareness and understanding of the benefits of Apprenticeships and associated training opportunities (including Skills Bootcamps and Adult Education) from Entry Level to level 5.
We are looking for an individual who can make a significant contribution to the development of the service and meet departmental targets.
You must be vocationally competent and qualified to at least NVQ3 standard.
