Full Job Description

  • Household Management: Oversee and coordinate household operations, including but not limited to scheduling repairs, managing household staff, and ensuring the house is stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Schedule Coordination: Manage the family calendar, including scheduling appointments, organizing family events, and coordinating travel itineraries.

  • Child Support: Assist with childcare arrangements, transport children to and from activities, and help with school-related matters as needed.

  • Personal Errands: Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other tasks as required.


  • For the Company:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

  • Logistics managment: Control and contact our Transport and Logistics partner to delivery company products.

  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing events, including logistics, venue booking, and Oversea event.

  • Travel Management: Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and car rentals for company executives.

    We are a UK & Hong Kong base company. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our busy family and growing company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage both personal and professional tasks with discretion and professionalism., Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with experience in both a personal and professional capacity.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse individuals and maintain confidentiality.

  • Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving record; comfortable driving in various conditions.


  • Additional Requirements
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed.

  • Ability to travel with the family or company executives as required.

  • Fluency in a second language is a plus, but not required.

  • Oversea Travel needed, will travel to Hong Kong and Asia., Personal Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
