Full Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Office Manager / Executive Assistant, could you be the one to support the director and accounts staff in providing accounting, tax compliance and advisory services for small and medium sized businesses.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing the admin system

- Supporting director with ad-hoc projects

- Bookkeeping

- Credit control

- HR support

- Monitoring holiday requests

- Drafting / updating systems and processes

You have excellent communication skills

- You are proficient with Microsoft Office and have strong IT skills

- You have strong organisational skills

- You pay attention to detail

- You have experience working in the accounting industry (preferred)
